PRINTING AND POSTAGE

We aim for a quick dispatch time of 3-5 days from time of order and send out all prints Royal Mail 2nd Class (2-4 days delivery time from dispatch)

To protect your art work, 5x7, A5, 8x10 and A4 prints are dispatched, flat in a protective hardback sleeve and A3, A2 & A1 inside a poster tube

Standard 2nd class delivery is free.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we really aim to please! However, if you would like to return your print, please take note of the following information:-

1.Notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return the artwork.

2 Package the artwork securely.

3. Please email hello@theprintedwordstore.co.uk and we will provide the return details.

4. Return postage is at buyers own cost. We cannot process the refund until we have received the print back, so we advise using tracked postage,

5. Once the print has ben received in its original condition, we will process the refund which will take 3-7 days to appear in your account.

Please Note Framed prints are custom made to order and dispatched by our partner Print Post. Please not that framed prints are non refundable unless they arrive damaged.
